Description
Tsoureki, (or braided brioche), is a traditional Greek sweet bread that is made during the whole year, but it is consumed mostly on Easter period! It is made of yeast, dairies, and aromatic spices that give this unique and characteristic smell. It is light, aromatic, and with fiber content. Goes wonderfully with jam, chocolate spread, butter, or plain!
